The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Katherine O'Hara can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Our condolences for the O'Hara family. Kate came into our lives for a short period of time. Our son connected with Kate through the City of Brantford and he became her "SnowBuddy". Before/after her surgery while she was recuperating our son shoveled her driveway when needed and cut her grass in the summer. Kate was always so kind, generous and engaged us in conversation about her family, teaching, our love for the water and kayaking and her pets. It was a joy to see her in the window with a smile on her face. Our thoughts are with you and your family at this difficult time.
