Robert Louis Van Laecke
Peacefully at his home on October 11, 2016, surrounded by his loving family in his 71st year. Beloved husband of Joyce Van Laecke, loving father of Michele (Frank) Clarke and David (Brenda) Van Laecke. Step-father of Suzi (Rob) Ward and Craig Bell. Proud grandfather of Alannah, Devon, Emily, Paige, Cierra, Taylor and Lauren. Dear brother of Julian (BettyAnn) Van Laecke. Robert now joins immediate family members who have previously passed: parents Albert and Marguerite Van Laecke and granddaughter Amanda Ward. The family will receive friends at the DENNIS TOLL FUNERAL HOME, 55 Charing Cross Street Brantford on Friday October 14, 2016 from 5-8 pm. A Funeral Service to be held in the Chapel on Saturday at 10 am. Private family interment to follow. If wished, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society are gratefully appreciated.
