October 23, 1947 – September 24, 2016
Passed away peacefully, with her loving family by her side at the Hankinson House Hospice in her 69th year. Beloved wife of Stephen Veley. Cherished mom of Gregory (Jennifer), Ryan (Jennifer) and Meaghan Fitzgerald (Brian). Proud grandma of Tyler, Olivia, Jake and soon-to-be grandson (Meaghan & Brian). Survived by her brother Martin Fullerton (Donna) and her sister Joan Little (Larry). Predeceased by her parents Jean Tenant (nee Grinton) and Martin Edmund Fullerton, and her brother Alan Fullerton. The family will receive friends on Monday at the DENNIS TOLL FUNERAL HOME, 55 Charing Cross Street, Brantford from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Visitation will resume on Tuesday from 11- 1 p.m. A funeral service to be held in the chapel on Wednesday at 2 p.m. Interment to follow at Oakhill Cemetery. A heartfelt thank you to the staff and volunteers of Hankinson House Hospice for their loving care towards Jean and her family. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Jean can be made to the Hankinson House (Stedman Hospice).
