Ruth entered into the presence of her Lord and Saviour on Saturday, December 11, 2021 at Hardy Terrace in her 89th year. Beloved wife of the late Marvin (2019). Dearly loved mom of Sherry (2005), Janine (Kirk) Keller, Joanne (Mike) VanGiesen and Kevin (Leslie) Skirrow. Loving grandma to Lindsay, Lisa, Alisha, Erin, Paul, Jocelyn, Ryan and Danielle as well as 13 great grandchildren. Dear sister of Marj and her other siblings who predeceased her, Eileen, Bill, Ron, Audrey Anne and Judy. Ruth was a long time member of Central Baptist Church in Brantford. Words cannot even begin to express our appreciation to her ‘family’ at Hardy Terrace who lovingly cared for her and always had lots of hugs for ‘Ruthie’. Mom readily had a sweet smile and continued to keep her gentle disposition throughout her journey with Alzheimer’s. Arrangements have been entrusted to Toll Funeral Home, 55 Charing Cross Street, Brantford. A private family gathering will be held at a later date.
