In her 92nd year passed peacefully on November 16, 2021 at Brierwood Long Term Care. Ruth was predeceased by her loving husband Donald Walter Potts, her son John Walter Potts, her son-in-law Gerry Rand, and her sister Jean Curry. Ruth is survived by her daughter Denise Rand, her daughter Caroline Potts and her fiancé John Story, as well as her daughter-in-law Dianne Potts. Ruth leaves behind six grandchildren; Samantha, Erin, Jacob, Lauren, Evan and Angela, as well as seven great-grandchildren; Logan, Louie, Ali, Mason, Owen, Enzo and Theo. Ruth was born and raised in Montreal, Quebec and grew up enjoying skiing and tennis. In later years she bowled and frequented the gym before it was trendy to do so. Her urban upbringing instilled a sense of style she never lost. Ruth never left the house without a well co-ordinated outfit and accessories to match. Donations to the charity of your choice.
