Mick was born in London, England and immigrated to Canada with his family in 1952. He served in the British Army during World War II, was a prisoner of war in Poland for 5 years and was the recipient of numerous medals. His love for his family was strong and he leaves behind a legacy of great energy, strength and resilience. Please cast my ashes softly wherever
Speak not sadly, and thoughts not fester
Raise your glasses high, drink deep
To me, and my ever eternal sleep
