Passed away peacefully at St. Joseph’s Lifecare Centre on Wednesday, November 11, 2020 at the age of 86. Beloved wife of Roger for 64 years. Loving mother of Norman (Marilyn), Paul (Cathy), Denise (Steve) and Gerard (Cheryl). Cherished grandmother of Marc, Sara, Laura, Emily, Alana, Jarod and the late Michelle (1990). Much loved sister of Gerald, Zoel, Yvonne, the late Irene and the late Eva. She will also be lovingly remembered by many extended family members and friends. Lillian was a longtime member of St. Pius X Roman Catholic Church and the Catholic Women’s League as well as a dedicated volunteer for the Society of St. Vincent De Paul, Brantford. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Dr. Hadley and the staff at St. Joseph’s Lifecare Centre for their dignified, respectful and quality care provided during Lillian’s time there. Family and friends will be received at the Toll Funeral Home, 55 Charing Cross Street, Brantford on Sunday, November 15, 2020 from 7-9 p.m. with Parish Prayers to be recited at 8:30 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Pius X Roman Catholic Church, 9 Waverly Street, Brantford on Monday, November 16, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. Interment St. Joseph’s Cemetery. Masks or face coverings are mandatory and social distancing protocols will be in place. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Lillian can be made to the Society of St. Vincent De Paul or St. Joseph’s Lifecare Foundation.
