It is with heartfelt sorrow the family announces the passing of Foster Mordue at the Brantford General Hospital on November 10th, 2020 in his 91st year. Devoted and loving husband of the late Gladys Campbell (1985) and the late Frances “Sanie” Millar (2019). Loving father of Wayne (Vera), Daryl (Shelley) and Lori. Loving Grandpa/Pa of his grandchildren Cassandra, Nicole, Kaylee, Sarah, Felicia and Loretta. Loving brother of Jeanne (Bruce) Knight. Predeceased by his parents Charles Mordue and Beatrice McCauley and brother Glenford. He will be fondly remembered by his brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws, many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. Foster was a true farmer and loved working on the land. He was proud and passionate in his leadership roles with the County of Brant Onondaga Volunteer Fire Dept. for 38 years. Foster will always be remembered wearing a smile while driving his Fords and International/Farmall tractors. Special thanks to the wonderful staff at Riverview Terrace for their care and support. Family and friends will be received at the TOLL FUNERAL HOME, 55 Charing Cross, Brantford Tuesday, November 17th 2 to 5 p.m. (Masks or face coverings are mandatory and social distancing protocols will be in place).
