It is with great sadness that the family announces the sudden passing of

Andrew Joseph Bacsi at the age of 65 on November 3, 2020 at his

residence in Brantford, Ontario.

Much loved son of Anna Demeter and Andor Joszef Bacsi (predeceased)

and dear brother of Annie Zsido (Leslie). He was a loving uncle to Michelle

Serre (Claude) and Chris Zsido (Emily), to his great-nieces Ella and Leah

(mini-women he would call them) and great-nephew Dominic.

Andy (also known as Bandi in Hungarian) was an incredibly kind, caring

and thoughtful man. He had strong family values and never missed

acknowledging a milestone or celebration in the family. He was proud to

lead an independent life on his own terms with unmatched strength and

courage. He had endless jokes to share and would always find humour

around him, with his laugh being something to remember. He will be

greatly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

May he be forever at peace and continue telling his jokes in heaven.

The family will be having a private service at TOLL FUNERAL HOME in

Brantford, Ontario followed by interment at St. Joseph’s Cemetery.

Donations to the Canadian Mental Health Association (Brant Haldimand

Norfolk) or Schizophrenia Society of Canada would be greatly appreciated
