TUORI, Mafalda – passed away peacefully with her loving family at her side on Wednesday, October 28, 2020, at the Hamilton General Hospital. Mafalda was in her 84th year. Devoted wife for over 64 years to Antonio. Cherished mother of Mary and her husband Phil Caridi of Ohio, USA and Pompeo Tuori. Proud nonna of Anthony Tuori and Braelyn Verschoore. Dear sister of Donato (Vincenza), Antonietta (Giorgio), Mario (Lucia), Michella (Verdigliano) and the late Vincenza, all of Italy. Sadly missed by many other extended family and friends. Family and friends will be received at the TOLL FUNERAL HOME, 55 Charing Cross Street, Brantford on Sunday, November 1st from 2-4 p.m. & 6-8 p.m. Please be advised that masks or face coverings are mandatory and social distancing protocols will be in place. Mass of Christian Burial celebrated at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, 133 Murray Street, Brantford on Monday, November 2nd at 11 a.m. with a restricted attendance of 60 people in total. A private entombment at Our Lady of the Assumption Mausoleum at Holy Cross Cemetery will follow the service.
