It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Dennis Michael Diakun on September 16, 2020, peacefully surrounded by his loved ones at the age of 70. Born on November 28, 1949 in Toronto, Ontario. He will be missed by his loving partner Nancy Lefler. Dennis was the dear son of Mary and the late Michael “Mike”. Cherished father of Denise Diakun (Dennis), Danielle Diakun-Ramirez (Patrick) and Michelle Diakun. Beloved papa of Courtney (Mark), Cora (Josh), Amanda (Tasha), Brody, Micheal, Dylan (Emma) and Joaquin. Proud great-papa of Payton and Maxwell. Much loved uncle of Johnny (Erin) and Stacey (Derek) and their families. Loving brother of John (Lois) and Deanna (Bruce). A memorial visitation will be held at the TOLL FUNERAL HOME, 55 Charing Cross St. Brantford on Friday, September 18, 2020 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A private family service will be held. Please be advised masks or facial coverings are mandatory and social distancing protocols will be in place. Donations to the Stedman Community Hospice would be greatly appreciated
