Dona Yvonne Stephenson (nee Hunt) passed away peacefully in her 89th year on June 19th, 2020. She was a loving and devoted wife to her husband Clyde Stephenson for over 65 years and she will be dearly missed. Lovingly remembered by her children Vicki (Gord) Allison, Cam (Heather) Stephenson and Dave (Joan) Stephenson, her grandchildren Rob Allison, Christie Roach (Marty), Elise Oxford (Jeff), Matt Stephenson (Paige), Craig Stephenson (Christina), Blake Stephenson (Carolyn) and Connor Stephenson (Brit), and 8 great grandchildren. Dona was a caring Registered Nurse working most of her 37 year career in the Labour and Delivery Department at the Brantford General Hospital. She loved camping and travelling with family and friends. She also enjoyed golfing, bowling, crosswords, puzzles, playing euchre and socializing. Family and friends will be received by the family at TOLL FUNERAL HOME, 55 Charing Cross Street, Brantford on Monday June 29th from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Tuesday June 30th at 11:00 a.m. Please be advised that masks or face coverings are mandatory and social distancing protocols will be in place. Cremation has taken place. Donations to a charity of your choice in memory of Dona would be appreciated.
