Mary Agnes Whelan (nee Conway) beloved wife of Andrew Whelan for 65 years, peacefully passed away at the John Noble Home on Tuesday, May 26th, 2020. Mary was born in Kildare, Ireland and moved to Brantford in 1965 with her family. Devoted mother of Maeve (Joe) Martino, Eamon Whelan, Geri (Craig) Branton, and Andrea (Mike) Ball. Granny will be missed and remembered with love by her grandchildren Michael (Katie) Martino, Saedie Martino, Taylor (Tyler) Petrie, Sydney Whelan, Shawna (Kyle) Stewart, Sage (Stefan) Branton, Melissa Ball and Mitchell Ball. Cherished Great Granny of seven. Mary wil be sadly missed by her loving brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews. Mary loved life, bike riding, camping, traveling, and social gatherings with her much loved family. Mary will be missed by her friends at the Knights of Columbus, which she deeply loved. She blessed everyone with her Irish wit and great humour. A private family service will be held with interment at Holy Cross Cemetery, Paris. www.tollfh.ca
