Passed away at home with his loving fiancée Kerry Morgan by his side on Tuesday, May 26th 2020 at the age of 34. Loving son of Susan (Steve) Gerth and Michael Gallagher. Proud and loving father of his daughter Kezahya. Cherished brother to Duncan (Alison), Kevin and Wayne. Dwayne is now reunited with his cherished sister Desiree (2015). Beloved grandson of Sharon Gallagher. Big uncle to Braxton and Carrington. Much loved nephew to many aunts and uncles. Dwayne will also be missed by his extended family members and friends. He was predeceased by grandparents and his aunt Doretta. A private family service will take place with cremation to follow. Donations in memory of Dwayne can be made to the Canadian Mental Health Association, St. Leonard’s Community Service or Victim Services of Brant.
