Passed away peacefully at Fox Ridge Care Community on Friday, February 28, 2020, in her 89th year. Loving wife of Edward for 67 years. Cherished aunt of Fidi (Karin) Kohlberger, Jean McMahon, the late Roy Leeb, Rob (Kim) Kohlberger, Frank (Celine) Kohlberger, Vicki Harrison, John Leeb (Linda Seaward) and Paul Kohlberger. Maria will also be missed by many great-nieces and great-nephews. She was predeceased by her brother John Leeb. The family will receive friends at the TOLL FUNERAL HOME, 55 Charing Cross Street, Brantford on Monday, March 2, 2020 from 4-6 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, March 3, 2020 at 2:30 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Entombment to follow at Our Lady of the Assumption Mausoleum, Holy Cross Cemetery, Paris. If desired, donations in memory of Maria can be made to the charity of your choice.
