On the morning of Sunday December 15, 2019, while in the care of his loving family, Albert passed away from his earthly home to rest in his eternal one. Born in Cheticamp, NS, on February 29, 1936 to parents Amédèe (predeceased) and Louisa (Broussard, predeceased). Loving husband of 62 years to Anne. Cherished father of Kerry (Kathleen) and Cheryl. Treasured Pépère to Elise VonLukawiecki (Matt), Aidan and Anna Bourgeois, and Nathan Leger. Survived by brothers Willie Pat (Theresa, predeceased), Guillaume (Marie), Toussaint (Hildi), Leonard (Geraldine), Harold (Linda) and sister Maryann Paulin (Andrew). Predeceased by brothers Raymond and Daniel and sister Maria Duguay. The family would like to thank Dr. Abbott for all of her years of extraordinary care, compassion and support; as well as all the wonderful professionals associated with services through Stedman Community Hospice, the L.I.N.H., V.O.N. and all PSW's, for making Albert's last days at home peaceful and possible. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Stedman Community Hospice. Family and friends will be received at the Toll Funeral Home, 55 Charing Cross St., Brantford on Thursday, December 19, 2019 from 6pm to 8pm.
