Suddenly on November 26, 2019 Richard in his 74th year. Loving husband of Eleanor (nee Nadalin). Dear father of Lisa (Scott Walden) and Daniel Shaw. Papa to Amelia and Lillian Walden.Brother to Duncan (Sharon) and Martha Topolnitsky (Wayne). Also survived by aunts, nieces and nephews. Richard worked in the engineering departments at Truck Engineering Ltd., Woodstock and Raymond Industrial, Brantford. Richard loved farming and was an avid antique collector. He recently enjoyed many open stage events. He was a quiet man and enjoyed family gatherings. Family and Friends will be received at the TOLL FUNERAL HOME, 55 Charing Cross Street, Brantford on Saturday, November 30, 2019 with visitation from 2-3:30 pm followed by a Funeral Service in the chapel at 3:30 p.m. A reception will follow the service at the Charing Cross Reception Suites, located adjacent to the Funeral Home.
