SEVIER, John “Jack”
It is with broken hearts we announce the sudden passing on November 11th 2019 of John “Jack” Sevier. Loved and cherished Husband for over 55 years of Sherril Sevier. Adored father of Ray (Kim), Troy (Terry), Shantell (Stephanie), Robin (Roger), Jodie (Michael) and Lacey. Best buddy of Cohen. Treasured Papa to 17 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. Predeceased by brother Tom. Survived by brother Bill (Glenda) and sisters Sandra, Judy (Neil), Robyn (Brian) and Mel. Favourite Uncle Jack of many nieces and nephews. Jack was a long time employee of White Farms and will be deeply missed by former fellow employees at Darby Sportswear. Jack treasured his family and took deep pride in their everyday accomplishments. He placed great value in many close friendships including Tom and Deb, Sandy and Terry and Maxine and Ken. Our lives are forever changed with the tragic loss of our family’s hero.
Many thanks to the caring staff from Brantford General Hospital, including Deanna and Audrey, most especially Margie and Stephanie from CCU for their amazing and compassionate care. Our gratitude also extends to neighbours Flo, Mike, Kim and Shauna (Jonathan) for all their assistance and love. Donations in Jack’s name can be made to the Brant County SPCA or Victims Services of Brant. Cremation has taken place.
