It is with great sadness that the family announces the sudden passing of Marilyn on October 16, 2019 at the Brantford General Hospital at the age of 77 years. Beloved wife of the late Terry. Loving mother of Marcia (Randy) and Tracey (Ron), and adopted mom of Marlo and Nathan Bartley. Marilyn will also be deeply missed by her sister Barbara (Laurence Lee), and many nieces and nephews. Marilyn served her community for 40 years as a Registered Nurse at the Brantford General Hospital, and along with her husband Terry founded the Eating Disorder Services of Brant. Marilyn took pride in being able to maintain many longtime friendships with past colleagues and friends, whom will miss visiting with her at their monthly gatherings. The family will receive friends on Monday, October 21, 2019 at the TOLL FUNERAL HOME, 55 Charing Cross Street, Brantford from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A funeral service to be held on Tuesday at 11 a.m. in the chapel. Interment to follow at Mount Hope Cemetery. If desired, donations can be made to a charity of your choice.
