Peacefully, surrounded by her family at the Brantford General Hospital on Sunday July 28, 2019 Liliana Borgh of Brantford, in her 92nd year; beloved wife for 56 years of the late Sebastiano (2000); loving mother of the late Joesph (2007), Nick and his wife Betty, Joanne and her late husband Pat Martorano (2013) and Rose and her partner Bunny; loved Nonna of Rachel (Andrew) Michael (Sylvie), Carl, Daniella (Norm) and Anne-Marie (Tim) and great Nonna to Lily, Niko, and Luca. Liliana is survived by her sisters Bianca and Italia; and Benita of Italy. She will be greatly missed by all her family and friends. The family wishes to acknowledge the staff of both the Brantford General and Paris Willet hospitals for the excellent care she received. Friends will be received at the TOLL FUNERAL HOME, 55 Charing Cross Street, Brantford. on Wednesday July 31,2019 from 7 to 9 pm and on Thursday August 1 from 10am until service time in the chapel at 11:30 am. Interment at St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Cemetery. Refreshments to follow.
