Passed away peacefully on July 13, 2019 at Hardy Terrace Long Term Care in his 87th year. Beloved husband of 61 years to Margaret (nee Lang). Loving father of Lyle (Maria), Donna Wood (Ivan), Richard (Maureen), and the late Annette Karen (1966). Proud grandfather of Wayne and Elyse Ronson, Amy Ronson, Amanda and Nick Doherty, Shawn Biehn, Ashlli McCallum, Justin and Sona Biehn, Eric and Jacque Wood, and Sam Wood. Leonard will also be fondly remembered by his 16 great-grandchildren. Survived by his siblings Verna MacDonald, Newton (the late Donalda), Cecillia Lowry (the late George), Evelyn Stright (the late Leslie), Robert (Deirda), Gary (Terri), Clifford, and Donald (the late Beverly). Also survived by his brother-in-law Gordon Lang (the late Norma) of B.C, sister-in-laws Helen, Winnifred, and Barbara, and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Ada and Anthony Biehn, his in-laws Gordon and Hilda Lang, his siblings Ray (the late Shirley), Ronald, Kenneth, Orton, and brother-in-law Hugh Lang. Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Leonard’s Life will be held at a later date.
