Obituary for William John Houliston
Jack passed away on Wednesday May 29, 2019 at the John Noble Home at the age of 99.
He was the beloved husband of Joyce (2012) for 67 years, the loved father of Helen Sadler (2007), and Linda Melnyk and her husband Wayne, and the dear grandfather of Kim McCulloch and her husband Brad and their children Riley and Abbie, Andrew Sadler and his wife Ashley, and Jeff Melnyk. Jack was predeceased by his brother Don, and is survived by his sister Doris Hoyal in Michigan. Jack served with the Canadian Army during World War II in England where he met Joyce. He was an employee of Massey Ferguson – Verity Works for 48 years retiring in 1983. We sincerely thank the John Noble Home, especially the staff of Brant Terrace, for seven years of excellent care. Per his wishes, there will be no visitation or service. Cremation has taken place. If wished, donations to the John Noble Home would be appreciated.
