Passed away peacefully at Brantford General Hospital on April 17th, 2019 in her 82nd year. Mary was the beloved wife of the late Paul Botermans (2012) for over 51 years. Dear mother of Perry & Sultana, Brian (deceased) & Angela, Paul & Connie, Michael, Christine & Jeff Regier and Patricia & Wayne Stewart. Loving grandma to Amber Leigh (deceased) & Jacob, Krystle, Kyle & Korey, Samantha & Luke and Johnathan & Kailee. Cherished sister to Charles, Tony, Pauline & Alfred and sister-in-law to Gerlach. Predeceased by her parents Saviour & Carmen and brothers Sam & Joe. For several years “Malta Mary” shared her sense of humour and singing talent on her informal morning radio talk show time slot and was always praying for those in need. Family and friends will be received at the TOLL FUNERAL HOME, 55 Charing Cross Street, Brantford on Monday, April 22nd from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Prayers will be recited at the funeral home on Monday at 6:30 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, 133 Murray Street, Brantford on Tuesday, April 23rd at 12 pm.
