Obituary for Kenneth Milton "Buff" Chapin

CHAPIN, “Buff” Kenneth Milton – a retired Brant County Dairy Farmer and Real Estate Agent has passed peacefully, at the Brantford General Hospital on Friday, March 22, 2019. He was 85 years old. Buff leaves behind his loving wife of 63 years, Donna (nee: Foster), his four children and their spouses Wayne (Vicki), Wendy (Jerry) Buryta, Barney (Tammy), and Scott (Cindy), 12 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother Ross (Donna) Chapin and many extended family members. Predeceased by siblings Glen, Harvey, Lynda Marie, and Greg. Buff farmed for over 30 years at Buffland Dairy Farms and 35 years as a successful Real Estate agent. He was a member of the Onondaga Masonic Lodge. Early years were spent playing hockey and baseball. His great pleasure was watching his beloved Toronto Blue Jays. He loved his family and was special to his grandchildren and great grandchildren. The Chapin family would like to thank the C.C.U. and Palliative Unit of the BGH, for their support and Care of Buff, through his last days. Family and friends will be received at the TOLL FUNERAL HOME, 55 Charing Cross Street, Brantford, on Thursday from 2-4 p.m. & 7-9 p.m. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Friday, March 29th, 2019, at 11 a.m. Celebration of Life to follow service. Interment at Farringdon Burial Grounds. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke would be appreciated.
