TOMIETTO, Rina - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Rina in her 84th year, on Friday, March 15, 2019. She will be reunited with her beloved husband, Pietro Tomietto (2003). Much loved mother of Valeria (Bob), Mauro (Julie), John (Deanna), and Diana. Proud Nonna of Tonia, Daniella (Juan), Lisa, Pierson, Keira, Evan, Ben. Great Nonna to Rosario and Belen. Survived by brother Bruno (Vittorina), sister Luciana and sister-in-law Ada, nieces Vanna, Loredana, Gianna, nephews Alessio & Franco all in Italy; Sister-in-law Maria Risi, & nephews Roland, Tony, Rudy, Paul & Peter in Ontario. Family and friends will be received at the TOLL FUNERAL HOME, 55 Charing Cross Street, Brantford on Wednesday, March 20 from 4-8 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Thursday March 21st at 1 pm in the funeral home chapel. Interment to follow at St. Joseph’s Cemetery, 388 St. Paul Ave, Brantford. Special thanks to the staff of the VON and also to the Stedman Hospice for the love, care and support.
