Passed away peacefully at the St. Joseph’s Hospital in Hamilton with his loving family by his side in his 77th year. Cherished husband of Doris Lawrie for over 17 years. Loving father of Bob (Trish), Darryl (Rhonda), and Debra (Darrell). Poppa Don will be forever remembered by his 12 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Survived by his siblings Tom (Sharon) and Margaret (Bob). He was the past president of Brantford City Soccer for many years. Donald always loved being around people and his passion for life was so strong. Family and friends will be received at the Charing Cross Reception Suites, 63 Charing Cross St. Brantford, adjacent the TOLL FUNERAL HOME on Friday, February 15th 2019 from 2-5p.m. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or The Kidney Foundation of Canada would be appreciated. www.tollfh.ca
