Passed away peacefully at home with his loving wife by his side Madeline, in his 66th year. Cherished husband for over 35 years. Loving father to Bill Hammond (Jennifer) and Don Hammond (Tobi). Proud grandfather of Taylor, Paige and Brayden. Donald is now reunited with his parents Donald Sr. and Helen as well as his older brother Neil Murray. Survived by siblings Doug, Paul, Karen, Keith, Joyce and Lori. Forever missed by many nieces, nephews and friends. In lieu of flowers donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated. Cremation has taken place. Family and friends will be received at the DENNIS TOLL FUNERAL HOME, 55 Charing Cross St. Brantford, on Tuesday, February 12th 2019 from 10-11a.m with service to follow immediately after in the chapel.
