It is with great sadness and broken hearts that we say goodbye to our beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew and friend Carlos, who finished this part of his journey at the age of 23. Devoted son of Tina and Rusty Rowe and Steve Tavares. Loving brother of Noah, Brianna, Hailey, Damon, Reece and Cassie. Carlos will be greatly missed by his grandparents Ludevina and Jose Tavares, many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends in Brantford and Kitchener. Carlos will be fondly remembered for his kind heart, devotion to his family, love of basketball and the Toronto Maple Leafs. The family will receive friends at the TOLL FUNERAL HOME, 55 Charing Cross Street, Brantford on Friday, October 5, 2018 from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the funeral service in the chapel at 2:00 p.m. Interment to follow at Oakhill Cemetery. Donations in memory of Carlos can be made to the charity of your choice.
