Obituary for Frank Smith

Passed away suddenly on Thursday, July 26, 2018 in his 65th year at his beloved cottage in Turkey Point.

Lovingly remembered by his wife Gayle (nee Carrothers) of 41 years; daughters Alanna (Tommy) Dawkins and Kaitlyn (Ben) Rosebrugh."Papa" Frank will also be missed by 2 year old grandson, "wee" Beckett Rosebrugh.

Survived by sister Sharon Murray and predeceased by parents Joseph and June Smith. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, neighbours and coworkers.

Those who knew Frank will remember him most for his colourful stories and silly jokes. He loved spending time with his family down at the lake, driving his red roadster, listening to rock-and-roll, and puttering around the house and garden.

A private gathering will be held with close family and friends to celebrate Frank. Donations can be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
