Peacefully at the Brantford General Hospital on Saturday, May 14, 2016 in her 63rd year. Beloved wife of Donald Young for 18 years. Loving mother of Michael Garvey (Tammy McRandles) and Robb Garvey (Becky) Proud grandma of 8 grandchildren. Cherished sister of Vince Murray (Barb), the late Marg Napper, John Murray (Shirley), Bill Murray (Rickie), sister and best friend of Mary Sass (the late George), Cecilia Reid (John), Bernadette Murray, Pius Murray (Annie) and Teresa Hughes. Crazy Aunt Pat will be sadly missed by her many nieces and nephews. Pat was a P.S.W. and D.S.W. at Brantwood Community Services for 15 years and a Beaver Leader for over 25 years. Friends will be received at the DENNIS TOLL FUNERAL HOME, 55 Charing Cross Street, Brantford on Wednesday, May 18, 2016 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Rosary Prayers will be recited on Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association the Canadian Liver Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
