Obituary for Elizabeth Irene Eves

Betty passed away peacefully at the Brantford General Hospital Palliative Care Unit at the age of 68 after a courageous battle with leukemia surrounded by her husband Gary and her loving family on December 24, 2014. She is survived by four sisters Verna Roberts (Russ), Joanne Miller (Ron), Patti Ellerton (Rick), Barb Holbrook (Steve), sister-in-laws Trish Rine, Sharon Tooke, and brother-in-law Les Eves (Janice). There are 17 nieces & nephews and 29 great nieces & nephews. Betty was predeceased by her parents June & Gail Rine, Carolyn Johnson-Wylie and Brother Ken Rine. Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will take place on January 4th 2015 at the Polish Hall 126 Albion St Brantford. Visitation from 1 P.M.– 2 P.M. At 2P.M. the celebration will begin. In lieu of flowers a donation to Betty’s favorite charities can be made the day of the celebration to, Lions Homes For Deaf People, Lions McInnes House, Stedman Hospice, or a charity of your choice. Thank you to Dennis Toll and his staff for their assistance.
