Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family and close friends on Tuesday, July 24, 2018 at the Juravinski Hospital, Hamilton, in her 53rd year, after a brave battle with cancer. Loving wife and best friend of Frank Trecapelli. Dear sister of Justiniano Chico Parpan and Marietta Parpan Concepcion. Much loved daughter-in-law of Anthony and Lidia Trecapelli. Dear sister-in-law of Nancy (Wilson) Griffiths and Tony (Helen) Trecapelli. Encarnacion will also be fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews and cousins in the Phillipines and in Canada. She will be sorely missed by her special cousin Gina (Ely) in California and her “chosen” family Jenn (Sean) and their children Isabella and Abigail. She was predeceased by her parents Nicasio and Josefina Parpan. Encarnacion was a faithful employee of Hematite Manufacturing and will be missed. The family will receive friends at the TOLL FUNERAL HOME, 55 Charing Cross Street, Brantford on Friday, July 27, 2018 from 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, July 28, 2018 at St. Basil’s Roman Catholic Church, 50 Palace Street, Brantford at 9:30 a.m. A private family interment will follow. Donations in memory of Encarnacion can be made to the Juravinski Hospital Foundation.
