TEAKLE, Marbell Clara (nee: MacEwen) – passed away peacefully into the presence of her Lord, at the Brantford General Hospital, on Wednesday, June 27th, 2018, at the age 92. Re-united with her beloved husband, the late Stuart Teakle (2010). Loving mother of Gwenn (Herb) Osborne of Ottawa, Doug (Janet) and Allan (Susan). Proud grandma of Melanie (Jonathan) Beaudoin, Peter (Julie) Osborne, Trisha (John) Light, Ashley (Steve), Paul Teakle, Jason (Tara) and Justin Teakle. Great grandmother of 6 great grandchildren. Marbell was a graduate of the Brantford School of Nursing, Class of 1948. She was deeply devoted to her profession. Marbell was also a life long member of Queensway Baptist Church. Special thank you to the nurses and staff of the BGH 8th Floor, the CCAC and the staff of Tranquility Retirement Home, for their compassionate care. Family and friends will be received at the TOLL FUNERAL HOME, 55 Charing Cross Street, Brantford on Thursday, July 5th from 7-9 p.m. and Friday, July 6th from 10 -11 a.m. with a funeral service to follow in the chapel at 11 a.m. Interment Mt. Hope Cemetery.
