Passed away peacefully in his 81st year at St. Joseph’s Lifecare Center. Husband and best friend of Marilyn for 59 years. Loving father of Debbie Smith and David (Michelle, Bobs favourite daughter-in-law). Proud Papa of Jeremy and Trevor Smith, Bailey, Jessie and Hannah. Remembered by his sister Carol Sawin, brother-in-law Mel Gardiner and their families. Predeceased by his parents Arthur and Clara, siblings Ron and Barbra. Special thanks to Dr. Hadley, the staff on Chestnut court, the recreation staff and all of the volunteers. Cremation has taken place. A private family service will be held at a later date.
