It is with great sadness that the family of Kate Czihat announces her passing on Friday March 2, 2018 in her 78th year. Kate will be sadly missed by her daughter Kim Baetz (Don), son Bob O’Hare, grandchildren Kylie and Graham, her sister Edith Robertson, her family in Scotland and several great friends. Predeceased by her first husband Michael John O’Hare (August 2 1982) and second husband Paul Czihat (June 5 1995). The family would like to thank her wonderful support worker Debbie for all of her care as well as the doctors and nurses at the Brantford General Hospital. Cremation has taken place. Family and friends will gather for a celebration of Kate’s life at the CHARING CROSS RECEPTION SUITES, adjacent the Toll Funeral Home, 55 Charing Cross St. Brantford on Thursday, March 8 2018 from 2:00-5:00 p.m. Donations in honor of Kate can be made to a charity of your choosing and would be greatly appreciated.
