It brings us great sadness that we announce the passing of Elizabeth on January 20, 2018, after a courageous battle with cancer. Elizabeth was in her 65th year. Beloved wife of over 41 years to Ivan. Loving mother of Nick and Vince. She will be deeply missed by her sister Janine Lowe (Allan), her sisters-in-law Elsie Pike and Margaret Tracy, and many nieces and nephews. Elizabeth was an avid reader and lover of literature, as well as a true artist. She took great pride and enjoyment creating her paintings. Elizabeth will be remembered as a woman who deeply and unconditionally loved her family, supporting and caring for her husband and sons every moment of her life. The family will receive friends at the TOLL FUNERAL HOME, 55 Charing Cross Street, Brantford on Friday, January 26, 2018 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A celebration of Elizabeth’s life will be held on Saturday at 11 a.m. in the chapel. Interment to take place prior to the service at 10 a.m. at Oakhill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
