Passed away peacefully with her family by her side at Brantford General Hospital on Sunday, November 12, 2017 in her 77th year. She was predeceased by her parents, Norman and Isabel Limin (Smith), her sister Morleyn and her brother Jim. Beloved wife of Alistair (Al) Wilson for 47 years. Beloved mother of Brian (Heather), Alan (Christine), and Eric (Jennifer). Joyce considered her 7 grandchildren a true blessing; Ryleigh, Brandon, Graeme, Megan, Camryn, Abbey, and Jovie. She is survived by her brothers Bob and Bill, and her sister Donna (McColl). Joyce took great pleasure in her many travels, and enjoyed her time spent in Florida and Turkey Point. She was a long-time employee of the Grand Erie District School Board serving as secretary at different elementary and secondary schools. Thank you to the staff of the BGH for their care and support. Cremation has taken place. Family and friends will be received at the DENNIS TOLL FUNERAL HOME, 55 Charing Cross Street, Brantford on Thursday, November 16 from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. A Memorial Service will be held in the chapel on Friday, November 17 at 1 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
