TLUSTOS “Sally” Jaroslava

Passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side in her 87th year on October 25th 2017. Loving wife of John for 64 years. She will be missed by her four children, Dennis (Kathy), Paul (Rose), John (Lynn), Helen Speranza (Charles). Sally is the cherished grandmother of Michael (Angie), Lisa, Heather (Kraig), Wilson (Amanda), Monica (Max), Marco, Drew (Sarah), Austin and Dakota. Will be missed by her beautiful great granddaughter Haylie. Special thanks to the DR’s and staff at the Brantford General Hospital Zone 1 for their compassionate and nonstop care. Family and friends will be received at the DENNIS TOLL FUNERAL HOME 55 Charing Cross St. Brantford on Sunday October 29th 2017 from 3:00 till 5:00 p.m. Visitation will continue Monday, October 30th at 12:00 till 1:00 p.m. Service to follow in the Chapel.
