Condolence From: Rob & Sharon Gashgarian
Condolence: So sorry to hear of Bill's passing. I've known Bill since the Boy's Club days of soccer and football. One of my favourite memories is going to a Saturday Blue Jays game at Exhibition Stadium. Buying our cheap bleacher seats and while heading there, hearing "Hey Gash" from the stands, looking up and seeing Bill. We had'nt seen him for a couple of years and spent the entire game playing the "remember when..." game. We missed a very good baseball game, but had a fantastic time. I'd meet him on occasion at Harmony Square for outdoor chess events and always was met with a smile, a handshake and more of the 'remember when..." :) Too soon is an understatement, Bill. You will be missed. Regards to those still here for your loss.

Condolence From: Chris, Sophia and Bill Anastassakis
Condolence: We are very saddened to hear the news of Bill's passing. We would like to extend our deepest sympathies and loving thoughts to all of Bill's family at this difficult time. We first met Bill as kids, when we were neighbours on Wellington Street and went to Alexandra Public School together. Bill was a central part of lives growing up and remained lifelong friends. We will always remember Bill as a kind and loving person with a deep love of God and family. May the happy memories you shared keep his spirit with you in your hearts. May his memory be eternal.

Condolence: My sincere condolences to Bills family. Many memories came back to me from "back in the day" and "Hershey" was a major player in all of them. From boxing, baseball, soccer & track to learning chess and how to hold a pool cue. He was the guy you'd want on your team. Smart and talented, he could always be counted on to show patience and encouragement. Tracey reminded me of that magical summer. Brings a smile to my lips and a tear to my eye. An all round nice guy. You will always be remembered.
