Obituary for Anna Maria Byron

Anna Maria Byron

Born September 18th, 1932 and passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family on September 29th, 2017 at the age of 85 years. Loving wife of the late Douglas Byron (2013). Beloved mother of John and Waheeda Byron, Adele and Sam Rosebrugh, Stephen and Catherine Byron. Proud Nonna of Jeremy, Adam, Darryl & Carolyn, Andria & Richard, Taryn & Colby, James and Joshua. Dear great-grandmother of Sydney, Maylin, Kaleb and Kempton. Anna’s love for family was shown through many reunions she hosted at her home, which gave her the greatest pleasure and happiness. She has left a legacy of love for her immediate family, extended family and friends. Her loss will be felt by all of those whose lives she enriched with her warmth and kindness. The family would like to thank P.S.W.’s, Sharon and Frances, for the outstanding love and care given to Anna throughout her illness. Special thanks to all the nurses of CCU at the BGH who tended to Mom with great compassion.
A private family service and interment has been held. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario, the Lung Association or the Canadian Cancer Society in memory of Anna would be appreciated by the family.
