PHILBEY, Joan - It is with deep sorrow we announce the passing of Joan Philbey at Park Lane Terrace, surrounded by her family at her side, on August 3rd, 2017. Loved mother of Colin (Jeanette) and Martin (Alison). Cherished grandmother of James, Lisa, Patricia, Blair, and Erin. Beloved great grandmother of Janessa, Cameron, Haily and Lena. Joan was loved and well respected by everyone that knew her. A special thank you to Dr. Williams and the staff of Park Lane Terrace, for the excellent care they gave to Joan over the past years.
