Obituary for Pauline Ricard

Peacefully at the Brantford General Hospital surrounded by her family on Saturday, May 27, 2017. Pauline Rejeanne Ricard (nee Gagnon) at the age of 87. Reunited with her beloved husband Tony (2002). Much loved Mom of Gary (Judy), Nancy (Kerry) Rowe and Cindy (John) Balsai. Cherished Memere to Nicole (Shawn), Dennis (Jo-Anne), Tim (Caroline) and Kevin (April). Great-Memere to Robert, Danielle, Ryan, Abby, Kevin, Skylar and Myrissa. Adored Aunt to many nieces and nephews. Loving sister of Danny (Melanie), Ray (Yvonne 2010) and predeceased by Art (Jackie), Camilla (Bernard), Therese and Monica (Gord). Pauline worked for Spaldings and TRW in Brantford for many years. She was the smallest in the family, but don’t let appearances fool you: she was the toughest most determined person you would ever come across. Pauline had a zest for life: she enjoyed bowling, gardening and family gatherings were her favourite. She provided her family with a life time of happy memories and will be sorrowfully missed. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, 133 Murray Street, Brantford on Thursday, June 1, 2017 at 11 a.m. If wished, memorial donations can be made to a charity of your choice and would be greatly appreciated.
