At the Brantford General Hospital on Tuesday, May 16, 2017 in his 50th year. Best friend and soul mate of Cindy Baker. Loving father of Cassie Noelle and Jared Mitchell Truckle. Dearly missed by his sisters Dawn Marie Deschamps (Norm), Patricia Grigg (Brian), Shannon Welton (Huck) and brothers Gary (Deborah) and Timothy (Eileen) Truckle. Also survived by Jessica Baker, Jason Baker, Tanya Lawrence and many other extended family and friends. Predeceased by his parents Albert and Marion Truckle and in-laws Dave and Janet Baker. Friends will be received at the DENNIS TOLL FUNERAL HOME, 55 Charing Cross Street, Brantford on Friday, May 19, 2017 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Celebration of Jack’s Life will be held on Sunday, June 4, 2017 from 1-4 p.m. at the Dunsdon Legion, 9 Tollgate Road, Brantford.
