Obituary for Mary Lowe "May" Sinclair

With profound sadness the family announce the passing of May Sinclair in her 67th year peacefully with her family by her side at the Brantford General Hospital on Sunday April 30, 2017. Beloved wife of Andy Williams. Loving mother to Careyanne Squance (Andrews). Loved gramma to Shelby, Baily, and Aubrey. Dear daughter of Jean and the late John Sinclair. Cherished sister of John and Sandy Sinclair, and Liz and Tony Ferraccioli. Sister of Marilyn and Chris McKinnon. Fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews., aunts, uncles and cousins. May worked for Norton Abrasives for 18 years and then at Nichirin Canada for 20 years. May loved nature and she is finally with her beloved cat Daisy. She was a fun loving free spirit and her courage and strength was an inspiration to all. She truly earned her nickname “The Iron Lady” after her five year battle with cancer. Friends and family will be received at the DENNIS TOLL FUNERAL HOME, 55 Charing Cross Street, Brantford on Saturday May 13, 2017 from 2-4 p.m. At May’s request cremation has taken place. Donations to the S.P.C.A. or the Canadian Cancer Society appreciated.
