KEIRANS Laura -nee Moore

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Laura Keirans on Saturday April 15th 2017, at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Hamilton. Laura was the mother of Michael and Thomas. Beloved daughter of Joyce and the late Frank Moore, sister of Norm Moore (Trish), Bill Moore (Donna) and Steven Moore (Ada), niece of Helen Stalport and Rick Moore (Lesley). She will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, great nieces & great nephews and cousins. Laura went to Westmount Secondary School, and graduated from Ryerson University. She taught at Parkview in the Hamilton Wentworth Board of Education for many years. Thank you from the family to the compassionate nurses of the Flex Unit and the Dialysis Unit of St. Joseph's Hospital and the Nurses of the Brantford General Hospital Dialysis Unit, Dr. Woods, Dr. Davidson, and Dr. Hart. Family and friends will be received at the DENNIS TOLL FUNERAL HOME, 55 Charing Cross St. Brantford, on Saturday April 22nd, from 11-1p.m. Memorial service to follow at 1pm in the chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations to the dialysis unit of the Brantford General Hospital or St. Joseph’s Health Care Foundation Hamilton, Dialysis would be appreciated.www.dennistoll.ca
