It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Vicki at Stedman Community Hospice on Monday, April 17th, 2017. Beloved wife of Gerald “Gerry”. Loving mother of Lesley Edwards (Jeff) and Shannon Harris (Phil). Loving grandma of Benjamin and Kaitlyn Edwards and proud mugush of Lauren and Eddie Harris. Vicki is survived by her sisters Mary Stockdale (Gary), Josey Williamson (Harry) and her brother Michael Torti. She also leaves behind in-laws Cindy Thomas (Jerry), many nieces, nephews and caring and close friends. She was predeceased by her parents Joseph and Irene Torti, her sister Rosaleen Kormos (John) and her brother William. Vicki was an employee of King Package Materials for over 20 years prior to her retirement in 2011. The family extends their gratitude to the compassionate and caring staff and volunteers at the Stedman Community Hospice. Friends may call at the DENNIS TOLL FUNERAL HOME, 55 Charing Cross Street, Brantford on Wednesday, April 19th, 2017 from 7-9 p.m. and Thursday from 10 a.m. until the time of the Service in the chapel at 11:00 a.m. A time of fellowship will follow the service in the Reception Suites. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Vicki can be made to the Stedman Community Hospice or a charity of your choice.
