It is with great sadness that the family announces the peaceful passing of Dorothy on Monday, March 20, 2017 at Park Lane Terrace, Paris in her 89th year. Beloved wife of 63 years to Marcel. Loving mom of Robert (Colleen), Johanne Volk (Gary), Guy (Dawn), and Diane Couture (the late Paul). Proud grandma of Melissa, Matthew, Robbie, Lyndsay, Stephanie, Alexandra, Zach, and great-grandma of Braylin, Elise, Quin, Maislyn and Bella. Dorothy will also be deeply missed by many extended family and friends. A special thanks to all of the staff at Park Lane Terrace for all of their care and support. The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 23, 2017 at the DENNIS TOLL FUNERAL HOME, 55 Charing Cross Street, Brantford from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Mass of Christian burial to be celebrated at St. Basil’s Roman Catholic Church, 50 Palace Street, Brantford on Friday at 11 a.m. Interment St. Joseph’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer Society of Brant appreciated.
