The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Birty Williams can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence From: Trevor Harvey
Condolence: I would like to extend my condolences to his beloved family in such a difficult time.
It was a pleasure to know Birty, although only for about 5 five years. It was nice talking to him with his sunny smile and warm welcoming personality. I enjoyed having his company in the cafeteria and around the club...he will be missed!!

Condolence: To the family............my thoughts and prayers are with you at this very difficult time. I first met Birty in 1978 when I joined the Board of the Brant County Health Unit......and have thoroughly enjoyed working in the community with him over the years. I also worked with Jean for many years in the community. I take comfort in knowing that they are together again and I will treasure the warm memories that are in my heart.

Condolence: On behalf of the Brantford Flying Club Staff. We want to say what a pleasure it was to have had this man as part of our everyday life for the past years.
He taught us Hebrew, gave us financial advice, and made Katie, Emily, Jamie, Anna, and Shawn laugh everyday.

As the GM he never left my side for the last two and a half years, easing me into to a management roll, filling me full of the rich history of BFC, and stepping in as x president when I needed him to help accept the wheel chair accessibility grant.

He was our angel and we will think of him everyday with fond memories.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to his children and extended family through these times.

We miss you Birdy
