Passed away unexpectedly but peacefully at home on Sunday, January 29th, 2017 at the age of 68 years. Beloved husband of the late Sandra (1997). Proud father of Cheryl and her husband Troy Smith and the late Cathy (2007) and her husband Rich. Dear brother of Claire Webb. Loving uncle of Steve Stiles, Terry (Robert) Taylor, Krista Robb, Amanda (Andrew) Stacey and Scott Robb. Tom had been retired for several years as a Management Accountant for the former Malcolm Food Specialties Plant in St. George, and was a member of the Echo Bowl Seniors League for many years. Tom also enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping, and trying new things. His sense of adventure was only surpassed by his great sense of humour. He was an avid and enthusiastic storyteller who will be missed by all who knew him. Friends and family will be received for Memorial Visitation at the Charing Cross Reception Suites, adjacent to the DENNIS TOLL FUNERAL HOME, 55 Charing Cross Street, Brantford on Saturday, February 4th, 2017 from 2-4 p.m. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Tom can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario or to the Brant SPCA.
