Passed away peacefully, with his loving family by his side on Wednesday, January 25, 2017 at the Brantford General Hospital in his 86th year. Beloved husband of 60 years to Susan. Awesome dad of Steve (Marian), Kathy and Scott (Diane). Adored grandfather of three grandchildren and great-grandfather of seven great-grandchildren. Fondly remembered by his sisters Grace Boutilier and Doris Shaw, sister-in-law Georgina Craig and brother-in-law John Daye. A special thank you to all of the doctors and nurses of BGH Palliative Care Unit for all of their care and support. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at the DENNIS TOLL FUNERAL HOME, 55 Charing Cross Street, Brantford from 1 p.m. until the time of the service at 2 p.m. in the chapel. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a charity of your choice.
